Meet Lindsey

About Me

My name is Lindsey and I teach Bodypump. I was born in Edmonds, Washington and have lived all over Western Washington. I currently live in Stanwood. I am married to the most amazing man and have two step-kids, two dogs, and a cat. I am a full-time Nutrition and Exercise Science student at Bastyr University. I enjoy staying active in running, group exercise, and just started biking. I love good food, traveling, and spending time with friends. I look forward to working with people to help them reach their fitness and nutrition goals.
